John's 2025 Christmas List

Thank you for coming to view this year's Christmas list. A lot of stuff is recycled from past years, because no one bought me the yacht I asked for yet. And I also have been having a hard time identifying things that I want, which I have not just gone out and bought for myself. Shockingly, my local grocery stores have started carying my favorite pasta shape, so I no longer have it on this list, that said I won't complain if I get more of it.

Housewares/Around-The-House

Christmas Ornaments: I like Hallmark Ornaments, but open to all types and kinds. One can never have too many ornaments, as if one tree fills up that's why you have more than one...
Monogrammed Silverware: A carrying case for taking them between estates would be nice as well.
Christmas Village Buildings: So that I can build a nice Christmas village.; I have cats, and they use this (specific) cat litter. So I'm going to need to get it eventually anyway.
Table Saw: For cutting wood
Mitre Saw: For cutting different wood
4 Person Hot Tub: A 1-Person Hot Tub just sounds depressing.
Robot Lawn Mower: Like a Roomba, but for cutting grass.
Snow Blower: For removal of snow from driveway.
KitchenAid Standing Mixer: I tried using a hand mixed a few months ago, and it could have gone better.

Home Improvement/Real-estate

Tankless Water Heater: For house to save money
Second Floor: Currently I have the smallest house on my cul de sac, so doubling the square footage of my house would be great. Would like to plop a second floor on top of what I have now.
Back of House Extension: Would like to expand the back of my house to create a master bedroom suite with larger master bath.
Full Basement: Currently my basement is only about a third of the footprint of my house, and the rest of it is crawlspace, I'd like to have it excavated to allow for a full basement.
New Roof: My current roof is past its life expectancy and should really be replaced before it starts leaking...
Second Home/Vacation House: Ideally something in Coeur d’Alene Idaho (because it's pretty) or Jefferson New Hampshire (since my favourite theme park is there)

Transportation

Yacht: Ideally something long enough that I could land a plane on.
Personal Aircraft: For landing on yacht.
Mitsubishi Fusu Cantor: Having a truck would be useful for transporting things, and I would like this particular make-model, ideally in white.
Mitsubishi MiniCab: I'm not actually allowed to have one of these registered in the state of PA without installing a 20mph limiter on it, so if someone in a different state could register it and "loan" it to me that'd work.
Riding Lawn Mower: Unfortunately, the size of my yard does not justify me buying myself a riding lawn mower... So if someone else could buy me a riding lawn mower, that'd be great!
RV: To facilitate more summer vacations. I would just ask for a camper, but my car apparently only has a towing capacity of 800lbs. Maybe if I get the Mitsubishi Fusu listed above I can just get a camper.

Human Resources

World Peace: No more wars, starvation, poverty, injustice, or inequity.
Love of my cousins: They're almost all grown-up now, hopefully they made the most of their youth.
All of my Friends to find happiness in the means that best suits them.: They all need different things, I hope they get what they need.
Personal assistant to handle my phone calls.: Phones are scary.
Weekly Lawn Care Services: The plants keep growing!
Nathan to ride all the roller coasters!: Because he's only at 187 (12/10/25)
Six Flags to have a proper ban appeal process: Because Six Flags parks and Six Flags corporate can't seem to decide who's responsibility it is.
Cure for Cat Kidney Failure: My poor cat :(
